Application Fee: A $75 per applicant fee is required at the time of application submission. Additionally, a $200 holding deposit is required, which will be refunded if the application is canceled before processing or if denied.
Reservation Fee: $200, applied to the first month's rent and refundable if canceled within 72 hours or if the application is denied.
Security Deposit: A $750 deposit is required for approved applications, and a one-month deposit is required for conditional approvals. This payment is due on the day of move-in after 3 PM.
Amenity Fee: There is a one-time amenity fee of $150.
Pet Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee of $350 per pet is due at move-in, with a monthly pet rent of $50 for one pet and $75 for two pets.
Utilities: Residents are responsible for all utilities, including a flat $25 monthly fee for trash, and variable costs for water, sewer, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
